Additional information is required for the detailed preparation of the final commercial-technical offer and is provided by the investor. 

This includes details about the electrical connection owner, annual electricity consumption, connection type, roof description, proof of property ownership, and planned increase in consumption through additional appliances (such as air conditioners, heat pumps, electric vehicles, etc.). 

Based on the collected data and, if necessary, additional consultations with the investor, our solar team prepares a commercial and technical proposal. We utilize modern software solutions for planning, allowing investors to gain real insight into the future investment. 

In addition to the final price, our offer includes comprehensive information about the equipment, projection of the solar panel positions, return on investment timeline, proposed construction contract, and a cost estimate. 

We stand by the investor in all aspects of the installation process, starting from consultations, design, and permitting to installation and maintenance. Every aspect of your project is in the capable hands of specialized experts.

After accepting the final commercial-technical offer and signing the contract by both parties, the phase of creating the main project, i.e., project documentation, begins

Upon completion of the Main Project, on behalf of the buyer (you), we will submit it to HEP along with the 'Request for Verification of the Possibility of Household Connection with Own Production.'.

HEP assesses the connection possibilities and issues a 'Notice of Connection Possibility,' along with an 'Offer for Equipping the Settlement Point of the Household with Own Production.'.

The buyer is required to make the payment to HEP according to the received offer to proceed with the construction process by installing bidirectional meters.

By accepting the offer for equipping the Settlement Point of the Household with HEP, the buyer also commits to signing the proposed new network usage agreement.

This service applies to the territory of the Republic of Croatia.

Upon receiving confirmation of the connection feasibility from HEP, the investor is obligated to pay the amount specified in the received offer to HEP. 

The next step in the solar power plant construction process involves the installation of bidirectional meters by HEP. During this phase, the assembly schedule for the new solar power plant is also arranged. By accepting the offer to equip the Settlement Point of the Household with HEP, the buyer commits to signing a new proposed network usage agreement.

After the investor has settled all financial obligations and signed the 'Network Usage Agreement,' provided that the solar power plant is fully constructed, and all conditions from the 'Regulation on Connection to the Distribution Network' are met, it is necessary to submit to HEP: the 'Request for Changing the Status of a Household with Own Production.'. 

The solar power plant can commence operation only after the investor receives from HEP the 'Confirmation of Change of User Network Status' and the 'Confirmation for Permanent Operation.'. 

 Solar energy is cost-free for users of their own solar power plants. Over the expected 25-year lifespan, with a 5 kW power plant, you can save an amount equivalent to the price of a new car.
